MSPM0L1304: Factory Constant field reset values are just x

Hello,

I understand that some fields in the factory constants section are indeed variable per-device, but things like the BSLPIN_INVOKE should have known values:

Same with the default pin assignments for the Serial bootloader peripherals... 

Why did these become "x", and can they be populated with the correct values?
