Hello,

what is the mechanism in AM261 to avoid FW rollbacks?

Is there a way to increment some of the OTP bits with every update?
In this case, assuming 2 bits per update, the number of updates is limited to 96 increments due to a total of 192 eFuse bits.

Or is there an alternative mechanism?

    Hi Manuel,

    Yes, there is an anti-rollback feature based on version in OTP. 

    Please refer to the example ${TIFS_SDK}\examples\anti_rollback to see how to update the SW revision to the OTP.
