Hi Team,
Customer is currently evaluating the implementation of a Watchdog function using a PMIC via I2C communication.
While reviewing the available documentation, Customer found several reference examples based on the SPI interface. However, Customer have not been able to find sample codes or application notes specifically for I2C-based Watchdog control.
In customer's system design, they highly prefer the Q&A (Question & Answer / Challenge-Response) method, where the MCU sends a command and verifies the specific response from the PMIC.
Could you please provide or guide customer to:
- Sample/Reference Code: Any C-based driver examples demonstrating I2C Q&A Watchdog servicing.
- Application Notes: Documentation detailing the register configurations and timing requirements for I2C-based Q&A Watchdog implementation.
If there is no direct example for our specific PMIC part number yet, any general reference for a similar I2C PMIC would be highly appreciated.
