Hi,

We are planning to use AM6442 and PMIC(TPS652243) in our custom application. Below is the power flow diagram attached for reference, Screenshot 2026-05-28 104822.jpg

Through TMUX1308, we are providing 1.8V, 1.1V, 3.3V, 0.75V, 0.8V to the PMIC ADCIN GPIO(GPIO4 or GPIO5).

Could you please guide us on how to test and validate the PMIC's ADC capture functionality in the AM64x Linux SDK 11.02 environment. Any guidance or reference documentation would be helpful.

The Linux driver for the PMIC itself doesn't have control over the ADC: https://git.ti.com/cgit/ti-linux-kernel/ti-linux-kernel/tree/Documentation/devicetree/bindings/mfd/ti,tps6594.yaml?h=ti-linux-6.18.y

It has defined the resources of the ADC but it won't directly control it: https://git.ti.com/cgit/ti-linux-kernel/ti-linux-kernel/tree/drivers/mfd/tps6594-core.c?h=ti-linux-6.18.y

So you could add your own driver function to utilize these resources, but that is outside the TI E2E support scope.

Alternatively, since there is a supporting I2C & SPI driver for the PMIC, you can communicate over these bus protocols to the PMIC and collect the ADC data through your application code.
