    Hi Noble,

    Can you verify that you have successfully loaded the example to the device:

    Upon a successful load, ensure that you have configured the baud rate to be 115200, as specified in the README:

    Also ensure that the correct COM port is selected. In Device Manager, look for the COM port that contains UART in its name:

    Verify that the jumpers on J16 and J17 and configured such that the UART is connected to the XDS rather than the BoosterPack (BP) headers.
