We have received an inquiry for the development of a 95 kW solar string inverter and are currently evaluating suitable control and power-stage solutions.
Could you please let us know if TI has any reference designs, application notes, hardware platforms, software libraries, or design guides available for solar string inverters in the 95 kW power range? We would particularly be interested in information related to:
- MPPT control implementation
- Three-phase grid-tied inverter control
- T-Type/TNPC inverter topologies
- C2000-based solutions

- Grid synchronization and protection functions
- Relevant reference designs or evaluation boards
