Failed connect to the xds100 emulator with IAR kickstart

Hello, 

I'm evaluating both CCS and IAR to develop with the Hercules RM48 MCU,

I have a development kit, the CCS worked fine,

but I was not able to download to the target ( using XDS 100 ) from IAR,

I got the message :

Thu Feb 16, 2012 21:26:59: Fatal error: Failed to connect to the xds100 emulator (connect DAP)... 
 (Error -600 @ 0x0) A required dynamic library could not be located. 
The library isn't on the search path. 
(Release 0.0.0.0)     
Session aborted!

I've tried to change the search path

project options -> Debugger ->TI XDS 100 

in the field "TI emulation package installation path"

no success,

anyone has any idea or a example project in IAR with the right config to XDS 100 ?
