MSPM0H3216: SYSOSC accuracy over -20°C to 80°C

Part Number: MSPM0H3216

Hi expert,

I mistakenly marked the following thread as "Resolved."
Could I please ask for your support to revisit this discussion?

If there is any internal data regarding the temperature range of -20°C to 80°C,
even if it is only reference data (not guaranteed), it would be very helpful for our evaluation.

I understand that guaranteed specifications may not be available for this limited temperature range.
However, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share any general performance data,
characterization results, or guidance.

If no such data is available, I would also appreciate your confirmation.

Thank you very much for your support.

Best regards,
Ibuki Endo
  • Hi Ibuki,

Sorry we do not have reliable SYSOSC test data for this limited temperature range.

And as it is not guaranteed for all unpublished data without datasheet, from my understanding, it does not make sense to request the accuracy data during -20 to 80 ℃ right?

  • Hi expert,

    Thank you for your reply.

We understand that this data is not guaranteed, and our customer also understands this.

However, they would like to use this information as a reference for comparison with other MCU vendors.

Specifically, while the requirement is ±1% accuracy, they would like to understand the typical or achievable accuracy (actual performance level) in practice.

With that in mind, could you please confirm whether there is still no information that can be shared, even as reference or typical data?

Thank you very much for your support.

    Best regards,

    Ibuki Endo

  • Hi Ibuki,

Yes, I'm sorry to tell there is no such data for reference of the SYSOSC error under  the temperature range of -20°C to 80°C.
