TMS570LS3137: Functional Safety documents

Hi,

I'm working on TI TMS570LS3137 microcontroller. I have to some functional safety documents (SPNU521 and SPNU523 documents). I cannot find these documents on the your Website.

How can i get these documents?

I have no idea. There's probably no NDA agreement.

Mention you need NDA and provide them the details you shared with me on private chart with them. They will assist you in NDA approval.
