Part Number: TMS570LC4357-SEP

I am getting pin muxing conflict between NEHET1[1] (configured as an input) and N2HET2[8] (configured as an output) because they both share terminal V2. I can uses the default terminal K16 for N2HET2[8] but will it still function as an output on that terminal?
