Our customer wishes to use our tool (Partner-Jet3) to debug AM62x High Security devices (HS-FS/HS-SE).
To do this, we need to implement a JTAG unlock mechanism in our debugger; therefore, we require the specifications for the AM62x Secure Access Point (Sec AP) within the DebugSS.
Would it be possible to obtain documentation regarding these specifications?

The document you provided explains the JTAG Unlock procedure, but the specific register specifications (TX control register / RX control register / TX data register / RX data register) are unclear.

Could you please explain how to access these registers via JTAG?

1/. do we have the Partner-Jet3 JTAG debugger working setup on AM62x SoC?
2/. can we use the Partner-Jet3 JTAG debugger on AM62x HS-FS, where JTAG is unlocked on all cores except SMS core?
