SYSCONFIG: SYSCONFIG fails to open GPIO in 1.28.0

Its the same with older version as well, this version was given by TI internal team for development (partner work).

I can see the same issue.

If I import an example by default it uses SysConfig 1.24.  I can add GPIO fine.
I close SysConfig.
Change the project to use 1.28
Open SysConfig again.
Try to add GPIO and I see the error.

I can reproduce with 1.28 also. 1.27 is fine.

I do see that the device metadata changed for AM62A in 1.28.  We will need to see if this introduced the issue.

I can confirm this is a bug on the SDK/Device data side after doing some testing. We will follow up with the device and SDK teams.

For now we would recommend using SysConfig 1.27 or earlier with this SDK.
