Hi Experts,
My customer is using the PA2/ROSC pin as a standard digital input function. Here is a 10K Ohm pull-up resister connected to the pin so it's expected to be pulled to 3.3V by default.
However, the voltage is pulled only to 2.02V, and the voltage would decrease if temperure decrease.
Would the FCL function affect the impedance of this pin even it's not used? What might be the issue here?
