Part Number: AM2632
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UNIFLASH

Hi Team,

I am facing an issue while flashing the controller. Below are the observations:

  • Error: “CCC string not coming”
  • Controller clock: 25 MHz (verified OK)
  • Core power supplies: All OK
  • Reset pin: Always HIGH during programming
  • QSPI behavior:
    • CLK: Burst clock observed after reset
    • CS: Always HIGH (not toggling)

Please help identify the root cause and suggest debugging step

  • Dear Palnati,
    Thank you for your query.
To help us troubleshoot this effectively, could you please provide the following details?
    • Flash Part Number: What is the specific part number of the flash memory being used?
    • Flashing Tool: Are you using the UniFlash tool? If so, please specify the exact version.
    • Hardware Platform: Are you flashing on a custom board, a ControlCard, or a LaunchPad? If it is a TI EVM, please let us know the specific revision.
    • Boot Mode: Which boot mode is the device configured to during the flashing process?

Also, the image is not visible in the thread can you please reupload the error log image?

CCC will be appearing in the UART COM PORT only in UART BOOT MODE 3:0] = 0001

Can you please check if the boot mode is set correctly?

    Best regards,
    Rijohn
