AM2612: AM2612 R5_0 reboots intermittently

Part Number: AM2612
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AM261-SOM-EVM

Hi!
We have developed a custom board with the AM2612 ZCZ, the hardware design is based on the AM261-SOM-EVM.
The application is runnings FreeRTOS and is developed with the AM261x MCU+ SDK  11.00.00.

We have been getting reports from another site that they are having problems with the boards rebooting and from the logs from the serial consol it looks like a power cycle or PORz.
They are claiming that it's not a power cycle because other system that are getting power from the same power rail are still up and running.
And due to a miss in the hardware design we know that it's not a warm reset because then it won't restart due to the OSPI flash not being reset.
To me it looks like a hardware problem, but I would really like to rule out it being a software problem.

So I'd like to ask you guys, are there any software problems that could make the R5_0 to spontaneously restart?
We have disabled the watchdog and we have not configured the ESM in syscfg.
Could the errata i2427 result in the ARM core rebooting?

Best regards
Daniel
