TMS570LS3137-EP: Suggestion for new design

Our guidelines state that TI standard products are not eligible for obsolescence if any of these three conditions exist:

• The product has had any sales within the last five years (seven years for automotive or high-reliability products).
• The product can be manufactured and has been in production for less than 10 years.
• The product has any current customer demand.

The  TMS5703137CGWTMEP was released in 2015 and is currently in ACTIVE status.  I can also confirm this device has sales in the current year; so at an absolute worst case the time period referred to in the above link would start today and extend to a minimum of 7 years.  This 7 year timeframe continually resets so long as there are sales for a device within a given year.
