After PBIST Memory Test for DMA RAM end, read write access to DMA RAM by CPU is not possible

We have never seen this issue in our validation testing.

Would you please check the following?

(1) If the PBiST test completes without any error.

(2) If the CPU is in privilege modes when writing to DMA RAM? CPU needs to be in privilege mode to write to DMA RAM.

i used your code in Haixiao's project. From what I observed so far, I believe that your DMA RAM access issue is caused by wrong algorithm being used in PBIST test for DMA RAM.  I need to spend some time with your code in order to provide more detailed feedback.

The Toggling of PBIST ENABLE at the end of PBIST test completion is an ERRATA or NEW FEATURE defined in the TRM?
