RAM Grouping and Algorithm

Hello,

first sorry for my  english.

Which internal tcm ram are meant with the terms ESRAM1 ... ESRAM8 at the table "Table 7-1. RAM Grouping" at the document  SPNU499 ? I looked for in some other descriptions and documents, but i can't find some explanation for this terms. It seems for me, that ESRAM1 term stands for the first  64 kbyte (tcm) sram bank and so on. Is this ok ?

Thanks for the answer and Best regards, Dirk

  • Dirk,

Your guess is correct. The addresses of eSRAMs in the PBiST RAM group table are as follows.

    eSRAM1: 0x08000000-0x0800FFFF
    eSRAM5: 0x08010000-0x0801FFFF
    eSRAM6: 0x08020000-0x0802FFFF
    eSRAM8: 0x08030000-0x0803FFFF

Please let me know if any additional information is needed.

    Thanks and regards,

    Zhaohong
