How many capture registers are available? for each 32 HET inputs?

In Halcogen I found CAP 0 to 7 , now then 8 capture registers assignable to the 32 HET inputs?

Does exist a detailed HET hardware manual or description?

    Daniel,

    Each channel of the HET can be used for capture (OR PWM OR...). The HET is NOT limited to 8 captures.

    I will send your post on to the Hacogen experts to let them comment on your question about the tool.

    Hi Daniel,

    HALCoGen by default supports only 8 Captures as a Black box driver. This is not a HET H/w module limitation.

    For advanced users of HET can use the " Enable Advanced config mode" this opens up users to give the xx.c and xx.h which can be generated from HET IDE or Direct HET assembler.

    If user wants more thatn 8 capture, using HET IDE user can configure more pins and import the HET IDE output files to HALCoGen.
