Hello,
I use HALCoGen V3.00.01 for creating code for PBIST. The code seems to be ok, but at runtime I get a test fault for Ramgroup 16 (Flexray Two Port RGS = 13, RDS = 12).
The strange thing is, that the PBIST registers (ALGO and RInfoL) are not configured to test this ram. (see screenshot of registers)
Do I understand something wrong?
Also I always get an error for DCAN3 (Ramgroup 5, RGS = 5, RDS = 0). Testing this RAM is configured but I didn't expect an error. Is my device defect?
