MibSPI as Functional Mode and Pull-Select Pull Disable Register setup

Hello Support,

When all the bits of SPIPC0 Register are SET -- MibSPI as Functional Pin

Then what should be the setting for SPIPC7 and SPIPC8 Register?

Can the contents of these SPIPC7 and SPIPC8 register be don't care state?

I couldn't find any Block Diagram for Input Pull Select and Pull Disable which will depict the exact behaviour of these SPI Pins when SPI is in FUNCTIONAL Mode.

Please help with some detailed information related to SPI Pull Disable and Pull Select during SPI Functional Mode setup.

Pashan,

Even when the MIBSPI pins are used as functional mode (MIBSPI or SPI mode) the SPIPC7 and SPIPC8 are still in use.

In other words for all functional input pin, the Pull (up or down) are still active. (unless disable via SPIPC7).

I will check the documentation and see if a clarification is necessary.
