Halcogen does provide an init routine to check and run the STC. If you look under the SAFET'Y INIT tab you will see a check box to gen this code or not. Please be advised that you will lose your debug connection when you run the STC. So, please be careful that you have step in place to re-connect the debug target after STC completes during development.
