I need a fit rate for the RM48L950 to take it into my calculation for MTTF_d for safey system. Which value I can expect if no exact value exist?

Hi Friedrich,

The Fit rates for MTTF will only be provided under NDA as a part of the Safety Analysis Report (SAR) for thr RM48X family of devices.

If you already do not have an NDA please contact your local TI sales organization so that we can provide you access to the SAR documents available on our extranet.
