Hi,
how can I write on PACT register in C? I'm using the RM48 Development Kit, CCS 5 and HalCoGen. I want to initial Built-In Self-Test but I didn't found any header file like het.h (using for het register), where a struct exist which declare the PBIST register. Maybe you can help me.

PS:I can`t use assembler code, i need it in C.
