Hi.

I'm using RM48HDK with FreeRTOS, HALCoGen 3.00 and IAR ARM 6.30.

in compiler debug mode, RM48HDK is operating slowly.

but, it is in normal operating mode, it's OK.

Would you please provide more information about "normal operating mode" and "compiler debug mode"? What you are experiencing may be normal behavior because the XDS100 emulator on the HDK is slow.

normal operating mode is operating without debuger. it is free running.

compiler debug mode is operating with IAR compiler debuger.

I'm using XDS100 and J-LINK emulator. but, I was same operating behavior.

Jeong,

Would you please double check the run command you are suing from IAR? I guess that you may use some animate run command from IAR.

You may also try the following to confirm if CPU is really running slow.

Add a I/O pin toggling in your test code to view the frequency with an oscilloscope. Check if there are any difference in the frequency in both of your running conditions.
