RM48L950 and RM48L952 different

The RM48L952 is at active states , I see the 950 and 952 just have different in frequencies .

so we can overclock 950 to 952 at 220Mhz?

The datasheet of the RM48L950 indicates the maximum frequency is 200MHz.

If you want your design to run reliably at 220MHz, use the RM48L952.

The difference is the rated clock speed.
