Hi,
I am comparing the schematics for the evaluation cards and the datasheets for the two devices above.
There are a couple of discepancies.
Pin V4 is connected via resistor to ground in the circuit but shown as NC on the data sheet -
Pin J14 is shown as VCCPLL2 on the schematic (power for the internal PLL) but is shown as VCC_CORE in the data sheet - 1V2 in both cases.
There are a large number of signals which are defined as NC in the datasheet but are assigned pin functions (normally on the ETM block) on the schematic (e.g D6, D7, L4, M4 etc)
Can you please confirm which information is correct? and what is the reason for the differences?
