Hi there,
If the ADC module is not used in my application, is it possible for me not to power up the module by leaving pins VCCAD & ADREFHI floating and connecting pins VSSAD & ADREFLO to ground?
Thanks,
Brent Shen

Brent,
For which device this question is applicable?
Brent,
Our recommendation when the ADC is not used is to ground VCC_AD and VREFHI. Don't leave this pin floating.
Once VCC_AD and VREFHI are grounded, all ADC input channels could safely be left open or grounded too.
May I ask why you don't want to provide supply to the ADC?
Hi Jean-Marc,
Thank you for your reply. Since ADC is not used in my application, I suppose that powering off ADC could save some power. (I could be wrong).
