EEPROM and Flash erase and write question

Hi，

I have some EEPROM , Flash  about erase and write question.

when interrupt coming at the same time the F021 library is  writing  data to EEPROM . if the interrupt executing will cause an error of writing data.

Similarly question about flash write and erase.
