But the max operating free-air temperature is 105 degrees Celsius desclibed in the page 42 of the data sheet.

Which is the true operating temperature?

Hello Satoshi,

The operating free-air operating temp range is -40C to 125C. Tj or junction temperature range is -40 to 155C. I will notify the datasheet owner of this inconsistancy so that it can be corrected.
