Hi there,

Could you tell me the power dissipation rating of TMS570 (144LQFP)? Also, I'd like to know the semiconductor technology used to build TMS570 (e.g. CMOS, BiCMOS, Bipolar, etc.)? Thanks a lot.

The part number is S5LS20216ASPGEQQ1. Thanks a lot.

Also, if you could let me know about the semiconductor technology (e.g. CMOS, BiCMOS, Bipolar, etc) to manufacture this device, it would be great.
