Hi,

I want buy the RM48L952PGET from  Avnet . There is the XRM48L952PGET in stock .Does anyone know what is the difference between RM48L952PGET and XRM48L952PGET. Can I apply a few of sample  for test?  If I can, please tell me where and how.
