nowECC crashing

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: NOWECC

The project I'm trying to load on to the TMDX570LS20USB is the MibADC example http://processors.wiki.ti.com/images/7/77/Example_TMS570_ADC_CCSv4_Project.zip

The target configuration is set for Texas Instruments XDS100v2 USB Emulator an TMS570LS20216SPGE.

The project has been built as "Release" and the .out file is located in the projects Release sub-folder.

nowECC.exe is located at the root directory "c:\" from the setup I assume it has no dependents.

To run nowECC the following was attempted

nowECC -f035 -r4 -i d:\ti\adc-example\release\adc-example.out -o d:\ti\adc-example\nowecc\

this outputs

This is nowECC Version 2.14

Mapping: F035

ECC Calculation from 0x00000000 to 0x0000184F

at which point nowECC crashes.  This has been tried on an up-to-date windows 7 (64bit) and Windows xp (32bit) both with the same end result.  The version of CCS is 4.2.5.00005

I've tried the following options too, all with the same result

-d

-f

-le
