PCR bits

These information are available in the TRM and Datasheet of TMS470MF03107.

On page 11 and 12 of the datasheet, you will find the memory map. All PSx and PCSx used by this device are listed.

In the TRM, you have to use the chapter 4.3 Peripheral Central Resource (PCR) starting on page 142 to find the detail on how to use the PCR.

PSx are used to select a peripheral region of 1K bytes. Many peripheral modules don't have 1K bytes of registers so each PSx are split in 4 quadrant of 256 bytes each.
Multiple peripheral modules can share the same PS by using different quadrant.

Example:

MIBSPI1 and MIBSPI2 are sharing PS2. Mibspi1 is on quadrant 0 and MIBSPI2 is on quadrant 1.

The PCR allows to provide access protection and clock on/off  at a quadrant level.
In other words, using MIBSPI1 and 2 as example, MIBSPI1 can be set to be accessible (write access) only in privilege mode, and MIBSPI2 can be off (Clock off)
