I am unable to find the related document spna163.pdf.

Hello Pashan,

The app note that is referenced was not posted to the web yet. I have asked our documentation department to move forward with posting it and is will be available in the next day or 2. My apologies for any inconvenience. In the short term, you can reference spna106a as it will have the same information regarding flash initialization.
