Is it possible to interface synchronous SRAM (CY7C1383D) to TMS570LS3137 using EMIF ?

I checked the CY7C1383D spec. It is not compatible to TMS570LS3137 EMIF.

Here are some example external memory devices that are compatible with TMs570LS3137 EMIF.

SDRAM: MT48LC8M16 and asynchronous RAM: IDT71V416.

Hi,

It is not clear to me why the CY7C1383D is not compatible with the TMS570 family. Can you elaborate? Is the CY7C1441KV33 compatible? www.cypress.com/.../download

TMS570 EMIF only supports two types of memory interface: asynchronous and SDRAM. You can compare the access waveforms of the supported interface in the TMS570 TRM with the cypress memory.

Dear Zhaohong,

Is it possible to interface Synchronous DPRAM to TMS570LS3137 through SDRAM Interface ?. The part number of Sync DPRAM is CY7C09099V-12AXC. I have attached the schematic of we interfaced please have a look at it and reply if it is correct or not.0246.TMS_FPGA_DPRAM.pdf
