For pre-production samples we request customers to order the super-set part of the product family. In this case this would be the : XRM48L952ZWTT. These parts are in stock and are available immediately via our distributors.

Can you please tell me when the production silicon will be available for this part?

I can see that the pre-production samples are available in reasonable numbers, but I am looking at a production start date and would prefer to utilize the fully released part.

Order entry will open for Production silicon first week of November with a lead time of 4 to 8 weeks (depending on volume).

Hi,

I am now looking for volume supply (up to 500 off RM48L952ZWTT), but the lead times I have been quoted by distributors are between 19 and 22 weeks!

Why are these 3 to 4 times greater than they were only 3 months ago?

Is there a problem with the supply of this part?......I note that more sample devices (XRM48L952ZWTT) have been released.

Hello Peter,

There is no special problem with the supply of the RM48L952ZWTT device. 20 weeks is a worst case lead time for production volumes. It so happens that we are running particularly low on inventory at this time but should be back to about 6 weeks lead time by the end of Q1.

I strongly encourage you to get your orders in quickly and it's more than likely that we will be able to ship earlier than our worst case date.
