WDRST Bit and EXTRST Bit are set together in SYSESR Register

Hello Support,

When there is a Digital Windowed Watchdog Reset, I see within SYSESR Register,

WDRST as well as EXTRST bits are SET simultaneously.

I thought only WDRST bit will be set during Digital Windowed Watchdog Reset.

Please clarify in case there is a Power Supply issue in the HDK board.

    Pashan,

    When a Digital Windowed Watchdog Reset occurs, the device will set the corresponding flag in SYSESR.
    This reset condition is also driving the nRST pin low. This pin is an I/O, so the system module will catch this reset as external.

    At then end, both flag are set in SYSESR.
