I'm not sure to understand clearly your question.

Do you need to read the analog value of your input or the frequency/period of your signals?

With the voltage you are talking about, there is no way to do any digital capture.

Please can you clarify.

Hello Jean,

We have to read only Frequency range is from input. Frequency voltage strength i mentioned.

Like signals i have to upto 12 channels and one more  is with pure square wave 0 to 5V.

If you have to measure the frequency of your input signals (total of 12 signals) you have to use our timer (N2HET)

With the characteristic of your signals (0v to 0.6v) there is no way to do that directly. It will be necessary to condition these signals outside the micro-controller.

Maybe another option is to use our A2D module. All 12 channels can be feed to 12 analog channel. Our A2D as the possibility to define a threshold value.
The 2 channels will be converted in sequence. By analyzing the converted value, it will be possible to figure out the frequency of each signals.

Please have a look to chapter 18 in the RM48 TRM for details on A2D module.

Dear Sir,

We have to read and scan  only input freq no any ADC voltage. Please give us the code in Halcogen and test with RM48 USB.

The voltage level you are using are not compatible with our digital input.

It is necessary to condition externally your signal using OP Amp.
