N2HET1[12] as output can't be set

Hello,

I've got a challange with the TMS570 NHET Io's.

Especially the N2HET1[12]. If I set this pin as output (DIR = 1) the DIN register bit is immediatelly 1 and output level is 3.3Volts.

I can not drive this pin to 0. I've already removed this pin from board so I do not have any contact to other sources.

If I use N2HET[16] with the same configuration this pin works correct.

Does anyone have an idea what is wrong and what the difference could be?

At IOMM N2HET1[12] is the default. It is now the second microcontroller where I do have this problem.

The N2HET1[12] terminal is used to bring out the corresponding clock source valid status when the clock test mode is enabled. Can you please check if you have enabled this clock test mode to bring out a particular clock signal on the ECLK terminal?

Good Morning,

the board is an developement of our company. I've removed the N2HET[12] from board but it doesn't work. But I've got an answer with a good hint because we use the ECLK output.

I'll post the answer after testing.

You are great! This was the reason why N2HET1[12] couldn't be controlled. I've switched off the clock test mode an now it works.
