i started using CCS today but i was using ARM Keil for a long time. there are lot off errors i encounter whne i start using CCS.  It doesnt recoment anything to remedy the error. 

CORTEX_M4_0: GEL: Encountered a problem loading file: C:\StellarisWare\boards\MyLaunchPadBoard\Lab3\ccs\Debug\lab3.out Could not open file

Note  im using the Stellaris Launchpad and i have followd every instruction in the PDF and all in the videos. Kindly tell me why this happens. Sometimes the board programs and sometimes it doesn't. From whom should i question about this?
