TMS570LS: Safety Report & Safety Analysis Report

Hello.

I've tried to download the following two documents on Monday 12.11.:

Both documents are only 2 page pdfs, which refer to the link www.ti.com/safetyreport . When I follow this link this site appears: https://tideals.wufoo.com/forms/safetia-documentation/?DCMP=safeti&HQS=safetyreport

I've filled in my data, and submitted it. Afterwards a page was displayed that a TI safety manager will contact me. As stated this was on Monday, BUT until now I was not contacted and I also not received one of both documents?

Can someone from TI check this, or tell me what I should do?
