How to set FSRF1 Bit in PBIST using Memory Group Selection and ALGO Selection?

Can you please tell me what combination of Memory Group and ALGO Selection will trigger setting of FSRF1 Bit in PBIST?

Assume, TMS570LS0432 device in question.

Pashan,

I guess that you are talking about forcing a PBIST error. You can try a dual port RAM algorithm on a single port memory.

Hello Zhaohong,

Can you please provide me some example code where FSRF1 Bit is being set?

I already tried the method you mentioned and I couldn't get FSRF1 bit to SET, instead it always set FSRF0 Bit.

Please help with some test case code related to checking of FSRF1 Bit being set forcefully.

You can consider either TMS570LS0432 or TMS570LS3137 device as test case.
