Hello Support,
For TMS570LS0432 device, I see ESM Group 2 Channel 16 for ATCM Livelock Detect [Flash Livelock].
Can you please tell me which ESM channels are for B0TCM and B1TCM [RAM] Livelock Detect?
Thank you.
Regards
Pashan

Pashan,
Livelock is only an issue associated with Flash (ATCM) single bit ECC error correction when there are too many back-to-back single bit errors. It is applicable to RAM (BTCM).

Pashan,
I have a typo in my earlier post. Livelock is not applicable to RAM (BTCM).

Hello Shaohong,
In the spnu552.pdf file [Safety Document for TMS570LS0432 device], following section [5.9.2] on Page 31 is telling the opposite of what you are saying.
5.9.2 Hard Error Cache and Livelock
Can you please let me know if spnu552.pdf is wrong?
Thank you.

Pashan
Pashan,
I made a mistake in my previous reply. Livelok is just one signal from CPU for both ATCM and BTCM. We will update the datasheet to reflect the change. The livelock entry to ESM is for both BTCM and ATCM.
Thanks again for pointing out this error.
Thanks and regards,
Zhaohong
