I'am developing a footprint for the TMS570LS3137ZWT Package. There I found some uncertainities in the documentation of the MCU. There are quite some balls undocumented in the last Data Sheet (SPNS162A). Anyhow I found some conflictive ball descriptions in the TMS570LS31x_HDK (Rev.E) Schematics, which are mentioned in the table below.
t.ex. ETMDATA[12]/EMIF_BA[0] Ball D13 vs. Ball E13 in the documents. Where can I find a fully reliable document for all the Ball, because at the moment I am in the final stage of an urgent PCB Layout.
