LM4F120 Launchpad ICDI Driver problem

Hi,

I got Stellaris LM4F120 Launchpad yesterday.

As per "README First" manual i download all the Drivers For the same kit and try to install the spmc016(ICDI drivers).

Installed the drivers for the Stellaris Virtual Serial Port successfully and it shows in Device mang. then The Found New Hardware Wizard appears a second time for the Stellaris ICDI JTAG/SWD Interface, and then one more time for the Stellaris ICDI DFU Device drivers but the following screen displayed.

I follw the instructions as per given in "spmu287a" so whats the problem...

I uninstalled all the Drivers even registries too then again try to installed but the same problem.

What OS are you using? If you are using XP what service pack do you have?

I also initially saw this same thing when I first installed my Stellaris LaunchPad. Instead of uninstalling it, in Device Manager, I right-clicked on the problem interface and selected "Update Driver". The install process for that device ran again, but this time it completed successfully.

By the way, I am running Windows XP Pro with Service Pack 2 (SP2). If you are running that version, you may want to be aware of a problem with its Windows USB drivers that does not allow successful serial communications with the Stellaris Virtual Serial Port with the ICDI drivers with the Stellaris LaunchPad board. You can find more information here about that and a possible solution to the problem.

i am using XP Pro with Service Pack 2 (SP2).

i solved the problem i completly uninstalled all the drivers with registries and again installed .

now my kit is working fine...
