Stellaris Firmware library

Hello,

I'm using ek-lm4f232 cortex-M4 eval board. I'm using BSP provided with the eval board as a starting point for development. I'm facing trouble understanding Stellaris Firmware library used in these BSPs .

Could you please direct me or provide links which provide information about the same.

What "trouble", exactly?

What is your level of experience with this kind of "bare-matal" microcontroller development?

Hi Andy,

I have worked on NXP's and ST's cortex-M3 devices i'm using a Stellaris product and also a Cortex-M4 device for the first time. May be i have got too comfortable with CMISIS port provided by NXP and ST which is causing the trouble :-). The "trouble" is that i read the firmware guide which gives the explanation about the API and talks about the software driver model which are of two types if I'm not mistaken so i got confused in this.

I would be obliged if you could help me on this!
