USB Software LM4F120 Windows part

I compiled the usb_bulk_dev example for the stellaris launchpad.

The usb_bulk_example.exe works fine together with the launchpad.

Now I want to start fast with development from this point. On the mcu side everything looks easy. But is there a source code to start with on windows side? For example the source of the usb_bulk_example and the corresponding driver?

  • I found it in sourceforge.

Believe this to be the "real" spirit of this forum.  As a relatively new user you "dug" for an answer - and then were kind/considerate enough to share your results.

Great job - thanks for your effort - appreciated...

  • Design News had a seminar on USB.

Embedding USB Technology: Limitations, Challenges & Compliance, By Christian Lagare

It is archived now. Many people just starting with USB programming could find the notes quite helpful.

You will have to download the Windows Developer Kit as well for the package above -- there is a link supplied -- it is supplied as an ISO so you will need to burn and install it unless you can do a mount.

The notes are excellent and are worth printing.

    Found it here: http://www.designnews.com/lecture-calendar.asp?p_l_ed=CEC_Semester_Two_2012

    Hope that helps folks (hth).
