Can you please let me know where do I find the FSM Bit 24:25 related information within TRM?

    Bit 25 is only used in factory test and will not be set under normal conditions. I will remove the reference that this bit must be cleared from future versions of this document. Bit 24, the FSM_DONE bit, is documented further down in this section 5.7.7.
