Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM3S8962

I am currently using LM3S8962 for my current designs. But suddenly they have become NRND. This is sad. Looking at the Stellaris road map, it seems that the first replacement will be LM4F191.
Que#1: When they are expected to be available?
Que#2: Will they carry built-in Ethernet PHY or, like other vendors (e.g. NXP, ST), they will only carry Ethernet MAC ans developers will need to use external PHY chip?
Currently I am standing on a cross to decide continue using Stellaris or shift to LPC1700 series.
